ROLE

Marc Becker is a senior litigation and arbitration practitioner with over 30 years experience in complex commercial matters.

CAREER

After graduating, Marc began his career with a clerkship with a U.S. District Judge before, in 1989 joining the Los Angeles firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson. In 2008, Marc helped to open and establish the London office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan where he was involved in major arbitration and litigation matters, often with an African nexus.

In 2017, Marc formed his own consultancy practice working with major international disputes practices on high value matters in various jurisdictions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Marc attended UC Berkley School of Law and is qualified in California, Washington D.C. and England & Wales.
