Role

Kevin’s practice focuses on International Arbitration, Public International Law and Business & Human Rights. He has experience advising in arbitrations under ICSID, UNCITRAL and SIAC rules, in addition to advising on human rights due diligence.

Career

Prior to joining Omnia, Kevin worked as in-house counsel within the regional legal team of a company in Latin America. There, he focused on international contracts and spearheaded the compliance with business and human rights standards. Along with this in-house work, and following his graduation, Kevin became an Assistant Lecturer and Researcher in Public International Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He guided three UBA teams through International Law moot courts and integrated UBA’s Pro Bono Legal Clinic, conducting strategic human rights litigation for two years.

Qualifications

Kevin is a qualified lawyer in Argentina. He holds a JD with a Public International Law specialism from Universidad de Buenos Aires (Top 1% of his cohort). As part of his undergraduate studies, he earned a full scholarship to become a Visiting Student at NYU Law. In 2021 Kevin graduated with an LLM in Public International Law (with Distinction) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where he continues to perform as Alumni Editor of the LSE Law Review. Kevin is fluent in Spanish, English and speaks Portuguese and basic French.
