Nick Davis

Chief Operating Officer

Role

Nick was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of Omnia on 1st May 2018 having been the firms Finance & Operations Manager. His primary role remains as Head of Finance, overseeing the accounting and support team alongside all aspects of the firm’s financial affairs across multiple currencies. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, IT and continues to support the work of the HR and recruitment team.

Career

Nick has spent nearly twenty five years in a wide variety of businesses and professional organisations from financial institutions, real estate and law.

Nick began his career in real estate and quickly developed into providing advice for individuals and organisations in the acquisition of residential and commercial investments.

Prior to joining Omnia Strategy, Nick acted for a series of publicly known High Net Worth Individuals and FTSE CEO’s in asset acquisition. In 2012, Nick helped to establish the London office, becoming the Operations, Risk and Compliance Manager of the same award-winning boutique law firm, holding this position until he joined Omnia in June 2017.

Qualifications

Nick obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business & Finance with the core elements being Accounting and Financial Planning and Control (overall distinction). He was appointed the firm’s Compliance Officer for Financial Affairs (COFA) by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in June 2017. Nick is a member of The Institute of Legal Finance and Management. He is currently enrolled to undertake and study the ACA qualification. Nick speaks conversational French.
