Nick Davis

Chief Operating Officer

Role

Appointed as Omnia’s Chief Operating Officer in May 2018, having joined the firm in 2017. His primary focus remains with leading and developing the finance, accounting and support teams alongside all aspects of the firm’s day to day operations. He is the firms authorised Compliance Officer for Financial Affairs (COFA), responsible for the IT and supports the work of the HR and recruitment team.

Career

Nick has nearly thirty years in a wide variety of businesses and professional organisations from financial institutions, real estate and law.

Nick’s early career was in real estate and quickly developed into providing targeted advice for individuals and listed organisations in the acquisition of commercial investments.

Prior to joining Omnia Strategy, Nick acted for a series of publicly known High Net Worth Individuals and FTSE CEO’s specifically in asset acquisition. During 2012, Nick helped to establish the London office, becoming its Operations, Risk & Compliance Manager, for an award-winning boutique law firm, holding the  position until March 2017.

Qualifications

Nick obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business & Finance (overall distinction) with the core elements being Accounting, Financial Planning and Control. He remains the firm’s Compliance Officer for Financial Affairs (COFA), appointed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in June 2017. Nick is a member of The Institute of Legal Finance and Management. He is currently enrolled to undertake and complete the ACA qualification. Nick speaks conversational French.
