Omnia Strategy LLP Promotion Announcement

Omnia Strategy LLP is pleased to announce that Adam Smith-Anthony has been promoted to the partnership with effect from 1st May.

Adam has played a leading role in the development of the firm’s pioneering Business and Human Rights practice alongside Omnia’s Chair, Cherie Blair CBE, QC.

As the relationship between business and human rights increasingly gains recognition as an important issue on the international corporate and public policy agenda, Adam has delivered critical and often innovative advice to clients ranging from high profile tech firms to multinational industrial giants, and from start-ups and private individuals to global leaders, as well as governments and civil society organisations.

Adam’s practice reflects Omnia’s unique law+ approach and his considerable experience encompasses advising and representing businesses on matters of corporate responsibility and human rights, providing legal, strategic and communications support. He continues to advise State entities and others in respect of public international law matters, including international criminal law and international humanitarian law, international and regional courts and accountability mechanisms, the UN human rights system and review processes, and the Rule of Law and capacity-building.

Cherie Blair said:

Adam is at the forefront of a growing Business and Human Rights movement and he brings energy and enthusiasm to Omnia’s practice where he will continue to advise our clients, including businesses and State entities, in meeting their legal, ethical and commercial responsibilities to respect human rights. He has a big future ahead of him.

Adam Smith-Anthony said:
